This partly explains why Bow Wow has acted so erratically this year.

A few days ago, Bow Wow publicly begged his ex-girlfriend, Kiyomi Leslie, to "come home," detailing how they almost had a child together. Earlier in the year, the entertainer revealed that he had lost a son and now details are starting to break out. Bow Wow, real name Shad Moss, was incredibly attached to Kiyomi, sharing plenty of romantic moments with his girlfriend and swooning over her any chance he got. Moss posted (and then deleted) a tweet about the miscarriage, which had not been public news at that point. In a new interview, Kiyomi detailed her mindset after losing the baby.

She spoke about how she blames the miscarriage of her son on stress, particularly from social media. "I felt like social media had so much to do with it," said Kiyomi. "And I’m like [to Bow Wow] 'these people don’t think I’m good enough for you.' I was stressed about people assuming things about me. But the doctors told me that wasn’t the case, that’s just what I felt in my heart." She goes on to explain that the medical staff informed her there was an issue with the umbilical cord.

It wasn't entirely clear who Bow Wow was having a child with but at that time, he was only romantically involved with Kiyomi, so the tweet made her miscarriage pretty apparent to the world. This somehow explains Bow Wow's behavior this year as he's been acting out online for months. Clearly, it's been an emotional time for them both.
