These days, mental health awareness has gained more traction than ever before, particularly within the hip-hop community. With many prominent voices opening up about anxiety, it's clear that new perspectives are arising to combat the myriad stigmas people often face. Now, the legendary Big Boi has added his support to the movement, uniting with Therapy Pets to spread awareness to the cause.

The rapper uploaded a video onto his YouTube page, which features a trio of lovable animals discussing the proper etiquette in mental health discourse. For one, that includes choosing your words wisely, particularly when calling people "crazy" or "bipolar." It's a quick and innocent watch overall, and proof that Daddy Fat Sax is for the people.

"1 in 5 adults lives with a mental health condition. These people face a lot of stigmas but we can help with empathy and knowledge," writes Big Boi, in the accompanying caption. "As a dad and a man of words, I wanted to bring attention to how the words we use matter when it comes to mental health."
