It's a wet and wild ride for Trevor Jackson, as he released the new music video for his single "Puddles." Earlier this month the Grownish star dropped the single, and now he's back with a symbolic visual for the track. The song itself is a suggestive, sexy slow jam where Jackson belts out lyrics about changing the sheets because of the puddles. However, as sensual as his verses are, don't get excited to see the actor getting naughty in the video; the visual shows either Jackson surfing and enjoying a beach day, or singing while standing shirtless in the rain.
Speaking on his artistic vision for the "Puddles" video, Jackson told Essence that the track "is a love song, which is why I wanted to shoot a video that showed me doing what I love. Surfing is where I find my center amongst this crazy world. I feel like ‘good’ relationships should always feel like that, like an oasis.”
"Puddles" will be on Jackson's forthcoming record, Rough Drafts Pt. 2. It's said that the album will drop sometime in the Spring.
