Kodak Black was officially released from prison a little over a week a go. The rapper seems to be in good spirits, although he hasn't made his first public outing since getting out. However, it looks like things are getting even better for him as Kodak's probation in the criminal case has been officially terminated.
A judge has officially ended Kodak Black's probation in his criminal case for weed and drugs, The Blast reports. On Monday (Aug 27th), court documents were filed in Kodak's case that revealed the Department of Corrections recommended that the rapper's probation be officially terminated. Due to this, the case is now closed.
Kodak Black was sentenced to one year in county jail, although he was released much earlier than expected. The rapper was faced his judgment in April after he pled guilty to two probation violations -- driving on a suspended license and “associating with people committing crimes."
Police raided Kodak Black's home in Pembroke Pines, FL back in January. The rapper caught numerous charges after police saw him with guns and weed in his home while his child was present.
During his time in jail, Kodak Black passed his GED and earned his high school diploma. Most recently, he showed interest in attending college and asked his social media following which school they think he should go to.
