Offset gives fans a bit of insight on his upcoming solo album.

Offset's competitive nature is coming out as he gears up for the release of his debut album. While he's yet to share many details about the project, with the exception of the Dec. 14 release date, he did reveal that there won't be any features on the project.

Speaking to Billboard, Offset revealed some details on his forthcoming project. The rapper said that the project will focus on "relevant situations that have occurred over the last 18 to 24 months," such as the birth of Kulture, his marriage and his car crash, and less on materialistic things that he's known for rapping about in his music.

"I'm not really talking too much about Pateks and Lambos because it's not relatable. That's almost like bubblegum rap now, how the people are accepting it," he said. "This can last and people can feel it."

Additionally, Offset revealed that he'll be following the footsteps of Takeoff's The Last Memory and keeping the project feature-free. The decision is based on the fact that he's been the go-to feature in the rap game this year.

"No features, I'm coming by myself. Solo album, I'm coming with the shit," he said. "I don't need any features right now. Free of features, I'm going to give you all this drip I got."

As for singles, don't expect Offset to bless us with any tracks before the project drops in its entirety. The rapper revealed that he wants to keep his project organic. However, he does have high expectations for its release.

"I just want to do big numbers. To me, I don't give a damn about anything but numbers," he said. "On some solo shit, I got to have a No. 1 album. It's just going to show people to stop playing with the group, and stop playing with me as an artist."
