Meek Mill's Championships album is a highlight in itself. It marks a new chapter in Meek Mill's career. The man is no longer a walking L. In fact, the artist who was so focused on clowning him a few years ago, Drake, collaborated with the Philadelphia rapper on his new album. "Going Bad" is obviously one of the most popular songs on the project. Anything with a Drake feature is bound to rack up plenty of streams and in order to capitalize even further on the song's momentum, the two linked up to shoot some pretty cool-looking visuals.
Meek took to Instagram to announce that the music video would officially be released tomorrow at 5 PM EST. We've seen some behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot and it definitely looks like a movie. The official teaser for "Going Bad" is cinematic with establishing shots of the city, intertitles, and clever editing to build suspense. Directed by Kid Art, the full version will arrive tomorrow.
In addition to the new video, Meek recently announced his opening acts for the Motivation tour. The rapper will be hitting the road with Lil Durk and Kash Doll, kicking off the festivities in a few weeks. Will you be checking out the "Going Bad" video?
