Kawhi Leonard spoke to the media for the first time since being traded to the Toronto Raptors today and, for what might be the first time ever, he actually laughed.

The two-time Defensive Player of the Year was the focal point of today's Media Day in Toronto, as reporters questioned him about his reaction to coming to Toronto and his long-term goals. When asked to tell the media a little about himself, Leonard shocked the world with a smile and a laugh after replying, "I'm a fun guy. Obviously I love the game of basketball. I mean, there's just more questions you'll have to ask me. I can't give you a spiel about me."

The 27-year old forward can leave Toronto as a free agent next summer, but for now he says he's just focusing on the year at hand.

"I want to play here," Leonard said at today's Media Day (H/T ESPN). "I came in with an open mind. I want to do great things ... focus on this year. If you're looking toward the future you're going to trip over the present."

During his six seasons in San Antonio, Leonard was a two-time All-Star and two-time Defensive Player of the Year, in addition to winning an NBA championship and NBA Finals MVP in 2014. He only appeared in nine games last season due to injury, but averaged a career-high 25.5 points per game in the previous season, in addition to 5.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.8 steals per game.

The Raptors will open up the season at home against the Cleveland Cavaliers on October 17. Check out more footage from the Raptors' Media Day in the tweets embedded below.
