There's a good chance that we might never get a project from Black Hippy but it appears as if two members of the TDE supergroup might be teaming up for a collaborative effort. Jay Rock and Kendrick Lamar go way back and have worked with each other on numerous occasions throughout the years. Rock took to Twitter to tease that the two might have a joint project together underway.

Jay Rock hosted a Twitter Q&A earlier ahead of the Grammys where the rapper is nominated for Best Rap Album. One fan inquired whether we'll ever see the day the "Wow Freestyle" collaborators unleash an entire album today. "We Might Already Have A Full Project," he wrote. Jay Rock also revealed that his favorite verse he's actually recorded was on Kendrick Lamar's "Money Tree."

Jay Rock also chimed in on other TDE activities such as Isaiah Rashad's album. Rock reassured fans that it's on the way, saying, "In the studio creating that #TDE Magic."

Jay Rock also teased that some new music could be on the way this summer which we hope is the case. 2018 was a big year for the rapper. Redemption made a massive impact and "Wow Freestyle," his collaboration with Kendrick Lamar, made its way onto Obama's annual list of his favorite songs of the year.

Keep your eyes peeled for more news about Jay Rock.
