Andrea Constand, main accuser in the Bill Cosby trial, leaves courtroom A after testifying in the Bill Cosby sexual assault trial at the Montgomery County Courthouse, on April 25, 2018, in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
Cosby may also take the stand for the first time.

The sentencing of Bill Cosby is underway, and the disgraced comedian will face one of his accusers during the process. Andrea Constand was one of the only women Cosby assaulted within the statue of limitations, so her case was used to take him down. The first trial ended in a mistrial after two jurors held out for non-guilty verdicts. A second trial took place in April, and after two weeks, jurors agreed that the comedian was guilty of drugging and assaulting Constand in her home in 2004. Now, he must face the consequences.

Cosby is facing up to thirty years in prison, but could also get away with a slap on the wrist probation. His blindness would also lead to him receiving special treatment if he were to get locked up. According to PageSixConstand is set to make a victim impact statement during the sentencing. The five other women that testified alongside Constand, Heidi Thomas, Chelan Lasha, Janice Baker Kinney, Janice Dickinson, and Maud Lise-Lotte Lublin, will not make statements. Other than agreeing to a sentencing for Cosby, lawyers will also battle over whether he will be designated a sexually violent predator. Constand tweeted a Bible verse on Monday morning prior to the sentencing that read, "Be wrathful, but do not sin; do not let the sun set while you are still angry; do not give the Devil an opportunity."
