A$AP TyY regularly stays in the background as opposed to his A$AP Mob teammates. TyY dropped off his last project a year ago and already, he's come through with more content, unleashing a gritty new project called Project Rockstar. Spanning eleven songs, TyY enlists help from Young Syrup, Royal Rel, Jah, and others on this work. As evidenced by the title, he opts for a more rock-oriented approach, which can be heard clearly in the first track. Obviously, this is still hip-hop though. Songs like "Pillow Talkin" are mixed with noise in mind but the production is all-around solid.
Prior to the drop, A$AP TyY released "Luther" as a lead-up to the album. Now, the entire tape is available for fans to stream in its entirety. What do you think?
