Mike WiLL Made-It did solid work on the Creed II soundtrack, enough to see a noteworthy music video come out of it. Nicki Minaj, on behalf of the group assembly, has announced the music video premiere for "Runnin" off the aforementioned soundtrack. You might remember "Runnin" as the 11th track on the record - the one that begins with triumvirate strings and ends on a fiery A$AP Ferg verse, Rocky the other participant apart from Nicki Minaj, in the lyrical exchange.
Nicki Minaj forwarded the announcement on her Instagram page a few hours ago, along with what appears to be a screen grab from the shoot. The self-proclaimed Queen is pictured clutching a Fendi bag to match her Fendi couture. If you'll recall, Nicki used a similar medium to tease her appearance on the song before it went to press. She then followed up that announcement with a thirst-trap worthy acceptance speech with Creed II star Michael B. Jordan the subject of her desire.
In recent days, Nicki Minaj has re-implicated herself in the daily affairs of hip-hop consumers, first by releasing a video for "Hard White," then through her submission of freestyles over "Drip Too Hard" and "Going Bad," the latter saw her salt in the wounds of an ex-lover and a former confidante. Tune in tomorrow night at noon (Eastern Time) for the big unveiling.
