After a loss to the Milwaukee Bucks on December 21st, the Boston Celtics realized they were in trouble and had a team meeting to get everyone back on track. Celtics star Kyrie Irving is now saying the meeting is what has helped spark the team's fortune as they have won seven of their last nine games, according to ESPN.
Kyrie said there were definitely some issues that needed to be addressed, and the meeting acted as a platform for everybody to get their frustrations out.

Per ESPN:
"At that point, playing against Milwaukee, we weren't at rock bottom, but we needed to address some s--- in this locker room. It's just good to get stuff out in the air. As grown men and guys that have expectations for themselves, it was good to hear guys talk about what they wanted for themselves and what they wanted for this team."
The Celtics were victorious Wednesday night, blowing out the Indiana Pacers 135-108, which just goes to show how well the Celtics have been playing as of late.
"We're making shots and we're continuing to make each other better and making those plays that we weren't making at the beginning of the season of just trusting one another in specific positions in our offense," Irving explained after the game.
Kyrie and the Celtics take on the Miami Heat tonight at 7 P.M. EST.
