In early 2018, the currently-incarcerated 6ix9ine found himself paying homage to one Kooda B, going so far as to name a song after the rainbow wonder's close friend. Now, a little after one year removed from the release of Day 69, the relationship between Tekashi 6ix9ine and Kooda B has been fractured, to say the least.
While the tale of 6ix9ine's ongoing federal investigation remains somewhat convoluted, it appears that Kooda was one of the names 6ix9ine ultimately provided in favor of leniency. It was revealed that Kooda was involved in the attempted shooting of Chief Keef, which was fronted by 6ix9ine's own dime. Yet last week, Kooda B was released on bond, despite a second mystery witness testifying against him. It appears that he went straight to the studio to air his grievances, as Kooda has now come through with "Talking."
While the song does not appear to be aimed at his former associate (it's possible it was recorded prior to the situation unfolding), the release speaks volumes in itself. What do you think of this one? Are you interested in following the musical stylings of Kooda B.
