A$AP Rocky's love of London culture is well documented. Most recently, Flacko linked up with big Skepta for a few bangers, including Testing standout "Praise The Lord." While many rappers have long professed admiration for the European lifestyle, Rocky has always put his money where his mouth is. Now, in the wake of 21 Savage's U.K. roots being thrust into the public eye, Rocky has come forward with an uplifting message for the recently arrested rapper.

TMZ recently caught up with Lord Flacko, and proceeded to inquire about 21's origin story. "Shout out to the UK, shout out 21 Savage, shout out Skepta. I fuck with London boys," says Rocky. "I didn't know he was a Brit though. Shout out to the homie." The cameraman proceeds to, perhaps presumptuously, ask whether it matters that "21 is not really from Atlanta." A problematic statement, considering the rapper spent the majority of his time in the A. Rocky agrees, stern, yet diplomatic. "He from the A, how you gon' judge that man?"
In the end, 21 Savage may have been born in the UK, but his formative years were spent in Atlanta. Identity is funny that way; is home not, after all, where the heart is?
