For decades, Method Man has been one of the most prominent rappers in the game. The Wu-Tang Clan member has always impressed with his lyricism and he continues to deliver some of the best bars. This stage of his career has brought us the Meth Lab as the rapper came through with the first instalment in 2015. A few years later, he's returned with another solid addition to his discography as the sequel has officially arrived.
Today has been filled with high-profile releases. Much like any other Friday in 2018, there's plenty of noteworthy music that has dropped. Method Man includes himself in the conversation as he has dropped one of the best projects of the year in Meth Lab Season 2: The Lithium. While it's still early to fully determine its replay value, there are songs we're already clicking the replay button on during initial listening sessions. Meth has done it again and this time, he brings along a few of his closest friends for the ride. Raekwon, Redman, Snoop Dogg, Sheek Louch, Cappadonna, Masta Killah, N.O.R.E., Hanz On, and more are featured on the new album.
Spanning nearly an hour, Meth Lab 2 is packed with twenty-two solitary efforts. Of course, we're also treated to some classic skits, which is something we've grown to expect from any Method Man project. What are your early impressions?
