Chance The Rapper is upset by the recent allegations that have risen amongst his associates. Although the entertainer has yet to react to any specific incident while naming the accused, he has addressed his current state of mind in light of the accusations. "In the past 2 days I’ve heard too many stories of domestic abuse, sexual violence and rape perpetrated by ppl I called friends," Chano tweeted. "I am ashamed of yall. These stories will be amplified and your victims will receive the justice they deserve."
This statement comes only days after SaveMoney's Towkio and his drummer Stix were accused of sexual assault. On January 6, a woman named Morgan tweeted, "February 2016, I was raped by Preston Oshita aka Towkio." Later that night, the accused released a statement of denial. This same woman accused Stix of as well. “He pushed me in a room, closed the door, turned off the light & put his hands down my pants," she wrote in a tweet. "I rejected his sexual advances and immediately left the room.”
Chance The Rapper had expressed regret concerning his previous collaboration with R. Kelly around the time these allegations came to light. The proximity of these issues has proved to be overwhelming for the Chicago artist.
