French Montana's debut album, Excuse My French, has been out for ten days now, giving fans time to sink their teeth into the final product. Although the album sales for French's opening week weren't too high, French has maintained a carefree attitude about the sales. Previously, the rapper said that it didn't matter what the LP sold, and now in a new interview, he says that CDs aren't where he makes his money anyways.
French recently chopped it up with Mina SayWhat on Philly's Power 99, and expressed his unconcern for Excuse My French album sales. When asked if he was worried about them, the Bad Boy rapper responded, "Nah, not really."
"Nah, I don't make money off CDs. I do shows. I do other things. So that don't bother me...It don't concern me because I'll keep working hard regardless. The only thing I was concerned about was having the right music. That's what's gon' live on forever," French said, once again expressing his confidence in the music on Excuse My French.
You can check out the full interview with Mina below. French talks about the features and singles on his album, as well as his son.
