The Game keeps it a buck on his new deal with Fashion Nova Men.

Fashion Nova's been a staple in women's clothing for a minute now. The clothes they sell aren't only fly but also affordable. It only made sense that they would launch a line for men who are looking for affordable clothes without having to cough up a whole lot of cash for it. However, the men's line was met with mixed reception by some because of the perception that the brand was for women. One person in particular who was hesitant about rocking the Fashion Nova line was The Game. Although he signed a $1M modelling deal with them, the rapper explained why he wasn't initially on board.

The Game recently signed a deal with Fashion Nova Men for a million dollars. However, in a recent Instagram post he explained why he didn't want to sign on with them first, despite the amount they were willing to pay him.

"when @zellswag 1st hit me & asked me how I felt about him gettin me a @fashionnovamen gear & having them do a million dollar deal... my 1st reply was 'Fuck no, I ain’t wearing that shit... that’s for girls n*gga,'" He wrote, "then he said 'Naw, they got a men’s line... Just lemme put together some looks for you & bring em to you'.... I said 'OK'. He brought it, I went through all the clothes & I told em 'This shit actually fly as fuck'.... he was like so let’s do this deal... I was still hesitant but I said, “Fuck it, let’s go” !!!!

The point of getting these big names to rock your label is to help spread the word and clearly it's working. The Game continued to say that he hit up Lazell for some new clothes because he was "running out of shit." Ultimately, he's converted several people to rocking Fashion Nova's men line.

"Today, I put the windbreaker wit the ripped jeans & had niggas in the barbershop ask me 'Game, not on no weird shit... but what kind of jacket is that' lol... I told niggas @fashionnovamen & all them niggas was like... 'I’m fuckin wit it if you are.'" he wrote.
