Drake has tied The Black Eyed Peas for second-most weeks at No. 1 in a calendar year.

Drake's "In My Feelings" has maintained its position at No. 1 on the Hot 100 for a seventh week, Billboard reports. Following the success of previous No. 1's "God's Plan" and "Nice For What," Drake has now spent 26 weeks at No. 1 in 2018 so far, nearing Usher's record of 28 weeks in 2004. At the same time, it ties The Black Eyed Peas as the second-longest number of weeks at No. 1 in one year. The Black Eyed Peas hit that peak in 2009 with “Boom Boom Pow” (12 weeks) and “I Gotta Feeling” (14 weeks). Notably, BEP's 26 weeks at No. 1 were earned consecutively, which gives them the record for an uninterrupted stretch.

The Usher record was set with four singles in 2004, the year he released his album Confessions. It began with "Yeah!," featuring Lil Jon and Ludacris (12 weeks, beginning Feb. 28), and was followed by "Burn" (8 weeks, May 22), "Confessions Part II" (2 weeks, July 24); and "My Boo," with Alicia Keys (6 weeks, Oct. 30).
