There is still so much secrecy surrounding Offset's upcoming solo album. We're expecting it to release tonight but an official announcement is yet to be made. The cover artwork, tracklist, and more information are unknown at this point with a few hours to spare before December 14 arrives. The rapper had teased tomorrow as the release date for weeks and it made sense. After all, December 14 is also his birthday. The break-up with Cardi B has caused Offset to be a little more quiet than usual but he just came through with a hint at what the album will be titled and when it's coming out.
If the timing of this party has anything to do with the upcoming project, it likely means that the original plans to drop on December 14 are still in place. Set announced that he will be hosting "The Set Gala," which is a possible title for the album. Obviously, it's a play on the ever-popular and luxurious Met Gala, which brings out tons of celebrities every year. Taking place on Saturday the 15th will be "The Set Gala" and guests are required to wear "jungle drip." Another possible hint for a theme, maybe?
It will be a private event in Los Angeles and to find out where it's happening, you'll need to send an e-mail to the Quality Control team. Everything is laid out neatly in the Instagram post above. Are you excited for Offset's new album?
