Kodak Black knows how to get his numbers up.

We're all still a little confused about the certainty of Offset dropping his album tonight. The star has continued to hint at his solo project dropping on his birthday but things may have changed after his split with Cardi B. One thing that's for sure is that Kodak Black is dropping an album tonight and fans are stoked for it. Ever since he was released from prison, fans have been begging Kodak to drop a new body of work and it's finally set to arrive in a few hours. As he was making the promotional rounds, he stopped by for a casual interview at The Beat 103.5 where he spoke about XXXTentacion, his new album, his "engagement" to Yung Miami, and how he plans on getting a high number of streams with the album. His strategy actually runs through the popularity of a few other rappers.

Speaking to the host, Kodak was comfortable enough to admit that he wasn't originally planning on collaborating with Lil Pump or Juice WRLD. However, he changed his mind when he realized how much streaming money he would make from it. Kodak told the host, "I got a song called 'MoshPit' with Juice WRLD, just for like the streaming people. It's not really my favorite, but I know it's gon' stream. People gon’ eat that up. Like, with Lil Pump, I would never really work with him, but I did it, and it’s gon’ stream."

Kodak was much more receptive in this interview than he was with Ebro. Yesterday, the rapper walked out after a question was asked about his upcoming sexual assault trial.
