Brady likes the motivation of being called trash.

After winning Super Bowl 53 on Sunday, Tom Brady etched himself into the history books with his sixth championship. The New England Patriots defeated the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 in what was considered by many a pretty dull game. Regardless, it was a huge win for Brady's legacy as he is now unquestionably being referred to as the greatest football player of all-time. While most would relish in that moniker, Brady isn't a big fan of it. Michael Strahan of Good Morning America caught up with Brady where they spoke about the G.O.A.T title.

"I don't even like it," Brady said. "It makes me cringe."

Brady than continued by saying that the doubters are what make him motivated to perform night in and night out.

"I wish you would say, 'you're trash, you're too old, you're too slow, you can't get it done no more' ... and I would say 'Thank you very much' and I would go prove you wrong," Brady explained.

Later in the interview, Brady and Strahan spoke about Super Bowl 53 and how Brady felt as though he didn't play his best game, but the team was able to come together and make it all happen.

“Cause, you know, the first drive we throw the interception. It was a terrible throw,” Brady explained. “We're at a opportunity to score to start the game, and it didn't go that way ... fortunately our defense just held it down ... It was just the ultimate team effort.”
