The first annual YouTube music awards aired tonight, and while the Spike Jonze-helmed production was far from smooth, it was certainly interesting. Eminem, who also performed at the event, took home the "Artist Of The Year" award, while Macklemore & Ryan Lewis beat out Kendrick Lamar for "YouTube Breakthrough".
