LeBron James has teamed up with menswear designer John Elliott for a run of special edition Nike sneakers dubbed the "Icon," as well as a collaborative collection of apparel. LeBron debuted the Icon in a white/black colorway during the Eastern Conference Finals a few month ago, but the shoes have now been officially unveiled, along with release info.
According to Sneaker News, The Icon features a stretch-woven upper that is accompanied by an eye-catching pattern throughout, and grounded by a full-length Air Max unit as seen on the Nike LeBron 8. Additional details include a small Nike swoosh on the toe box, sideways Nike logo on the tongue and a LeBron James x John Elliott logo stamped on the insole.
It's unclear how many different colorways are in the works, but we do know that this white/black version of the John Elliott x Nike LeBron Icon is slated to arrive on August 15, for the retail price of $250.
