ICE prompted a lot of questions when they announced 21 Savage's British nationality. Although fans were clearly shocked by the rapper's arrest, considering its serious implications, a lot of public's curiosity has been focused on the entertainer's background. This mission led to a video of Dr. Amsu Anpu regaining traction on Youtube. Check out the clips below.

Dr. Amsu Anpu appeared on The Breakfast Club alongside Gessie Thompson to discuss health issues during Diabetes Awareness Month in 2017. The interview took place a couple of years ago but viewers have been engaging with the content in the last few hours. Anpu appeared on the radio show in 2018 for a similar discussion. Both conversations are back on people's radar.
The endocrinologist broke down how diet affects physical health and specified which foods pose particular risks for Black people. Although the information he delivers in his English accent could be valuable, the recent views mostly stem from curiosity relating to ICE case.
There appears to be some kind of discrepancy, however. A birth certificate attributed to 21 Savage names his British parents as Heather Carmillia Joseph and Kevin Cornelius Emmons. Still, Dr. Amsu Anpu may have changed his name from Kevin. The doctor has also tagged the rap star, whose legal name is Sha Yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, as his son on Instagram.
