Trippie Redd seeks to claim his stake in the "King of R&B" conversation.

Trippie Redd's had one hell of a year. Since the beginning on 2018, the Canton, OH native became one of the most promising new voices to emerge in hip-hop. Although he faced a few setbacks, the rapper still thrived throughout the adversities. With the year coming to an end in the coming weeks, Trippie Redd has one final gift for his fans: a new R&B song.

Trippie Redd's known for his eclectic sound so it shouldn't come as any surprise that he's looking to experiment in any genre he can. The rapper took to Instagram to reveal that he'll be blessing fans during the holidays with a new R&B song produced by Murda Beatz titled, "Flesh & Blood."

"FLESH & BLOOD [Produced by: @murdabeatz ] ON CHRISTMAS," he wrote alongside the psychedelic cover art while encouraging fans to type 1400 in the comment section. "It's R&B."

If his venture into R&B proves successful, hopefully, it leads to a Christmas album from Trippie Redd next year. We need more hip-hop holiday music in our lives.

"Flesh & Blood" is an excellent way for Trippie to cap off a highly productive year. The rapper released his debut album, Life's A Trip in August and followed it with the release of the third installment in his A Love Letter To You series.
