Atlanta United captured their first ever MLS title on Saturday, defeating the Portland Timbers by the final of 2-0 thanks to goals by Josef Martinez and Franco Escobar.
The team was greeted in Atlanta with a championship parade during the day on Monday, and a celebratory bash at the famed Magic City strip club on Monday night. According to TMZ Sports, Chris McCann, Miles Robinson, Jeff Larentowicz and Brad Guzan were among the United players on hand at Magic City, as was their MLS Cup.
As seen in the video embedded below, the players made sure the Cup got its own on-stage lap dance.
Atlanta United was founded in 2014, but only began play in 2017 as the league's 22nd overall expansion team.
In just their second season in the MLS, United finished second in the regular standings and advanced to the MLS Cup after defeating the New York Red Bulls in the Eastern Conference playoffs. They went on to shutout the Timbers on December 8, delivering a title to the city of Atlanta for the first time since the Braves won the World Series in 1995.
