It was a pretty rough night for the Rams.

The Los Angeles Rams were almost a non-factor on offense in the Super Bowl. While they were great on defense, holding the Patriots to 13 points, quarterback Jared Goff couldn't find his receivers down the field and struggled all night to get past the New England defense. The Rams' lack of offense made the Super Bowl a pretty boring affair as the final score was 13-3 in favor of Brady and the Pats. Afterward, some Rams personnel spoke to the media about the loss and how it felt losing in a Super Bowl.

"It's the toughest loss I ever had,'' Goff said. "It kills. It's terrible. It's a game I wish I would have played better. I wish I could have a million plays back.''

Rams head coach Sean McVay, who has a friendly relationship with Patriots coach Bill Belichick, spoke about how he was outsmarted for most of the game.

"I'm pretty numb right now, but definitely I got outcoached,'' McVay said. "I didn't do nearly a good enough job for our football team. ... This one is going to stick with you. It just stings in your gut.''

One Rams player even got a little existential. Tackle Andrew Whitworth said, "At the end of the day we're all gonna die."
