Surviving R. Kelly has received a huge buzz ever since it was released last week with plenty of celebrities and people who knew R. Kelly weighing in on the allegations of sexual assault, abuse, and manipulation. The documentary also caught the eye of Cleveland Cavalier player J.R. Smith who took to Twitter to give his take on the whole situation.

So what y’all telling me is Meek can go to jail for riding a dirt bike but R Kelly can sleep an piss on 14 year olds an NOTHING happens!" J.R. exclaimed.

Clearly, Smith isn't a fan of something as egregious as abuse being tolerated while Meek Mill's seemingly small indiscretion got jail time. J.R. wasn't the only celebrity sounding off about the R. Kelly documentary. John Legend also had some words for the r&b singer saying "I believe these women and don't give a fuck about protecting a serial child rapist."

Jada Pinkett Smith took to Twitter to ask "How is it that R Kelly's music sales have spiked (substantially) since the release of the docuseries Surviving R Kelly? I need some help in understanding. What am I missing???"

What do you think of J.R.'s comments?
