Marvel's Spider-Man is one of the best selling, and best reviewed, games of the year. The popular title is winning gamers over with the detailed gameplay, addicting add-ons, and stunning visuals. Much like they did with the MCU, Marvel is planning on building an interconnected video game universe that starts with Spider-Man. As promised, developer Insomniac Games is gearing up for the release of a new DLC. Entitled "The City That Never Sleeps," the three-part storyline will be releasing the first chapter on October 23rd. Starring Black Cat, the first part of the trilogy is called "The Heist."
Along with the new storyline comes three new suits. Insomniac Games director Ryan Smith released a statement about the new costumes, saying, “We loved bringing original suits to the game, starting with our Advanced Suit, and continuing with Adi Granov’s Velocity Suit, and this is another great one." The three new costumes are the Resilient Suit by Marvel illustrator Gabriele Dell’Otto, the Scarlet Spider II suit, and the Spider-UK suit. "The Heist" can be purchased for $10, or gamers can grab the entire "The City That Never Sleeps" DLC series for $25. Purchasing the series will unlock all three storylines the day they become available.
