The 2018 BET Awards weren't the only thing Jamie Foxx hosted Sunday night. After the event, Foxx held a huge afterparty at his L.A. mansion, which he dropped around $500,000 on, according to TMZ.
Where did that money go, you ask? Well, let's start with the performances. The party featured sets from Migos, T.I., Tyga, and 2 Short, which surely didn't come cheap. On top of that, Foxx reportedly had not one but SIX open bars, stocked with plenty of Grey Goose (who seems to have sponsored the event), at the party. There was an In-N-Out at the premises as well.
Then, there's the security, who were reportedly stopping guests from heading upstairs, since this is Foxx's house and all.
As for who attended, we know that Michael B. Jordan was there, as was the whole cast of Entourage, Meek Mill, Lena Waithe, MC Lyte, Doug E. Fresh and Lil Mama. Judging by how much went into the event, that's likely a small selection of the invitees.
It's unclear if Donald Glover made an appearance, but he and Foxx did share a special moment between renaissance men on stage at the Awards. Foxx pressured Glover into coming on stage and singing a bit of his Hot 100 No. 1 hit "This Is America," which coincidentally, is the subject of plagiarism allegations today.
