A judge denied the prosecutors motion to keep Young Thug locked up.

Young Thug turned himself in last week after a felony warrant was issued for his arrest in Georgia. The rapper was jailed for about two days until his girlfriend announced that he's been released. The prosecutors wanted Thug held in custody without bond, which clearly didn't happen. A new report surfaced stating that Thug will remain a free man until his trial.

Despite prosecutors attempt to revoke Young Thug's bond, the judge has ruled that the rapper will remain a free man until trial, The Blast reports. Thug's win after the prosecutors tried to keep him jail after they claimed he's continuously breaking the law. The prosecutors recently filed a motion to get Thug's bond revoked until the trial started for his Georgia case.

"On August 16, 2018, the defendant was arrested in Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles Police Department incident report (report number 180618554), police officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop subsequent to a traffic infraction on a Mercedes Sprinter van occupied by 10-15 people. The driver of a rented Rolls Royce automobile traveling directly behind the aforementioned van intentionally struck the patrol vehicle effectuating the stop in an attempt to disrupt said stop. The driver of the Rolls Royce that struck the patrol vehicle was the Defendant, Jeffery Lamar Williams. The Defendant then fled on foot into a nearby Dave & Buster’s restaurant in an attempt to evade arrest.” They explained in court documents.

The prosecutors claim that the police searched his vehicle and discovered a loaded Glock 22 .40 caliber handgun, which they later said was stoled out of College Park, GA. They also found weed and two bottles of what they suspect was codeine. Prosecutors said Thug was the only person at the time.

On Sept. 18th, a hearing in Georgia was held. The judge denied the prosecutor's motion to have Thug's bond revoked and kept in jail. Thug is due to be arraigned in November.
