Reaching superstar status while on probation is no easy feat. Parole officers keep track of travel destinations, set curfews, initiate drug tests, and enact a long list of other procedures that make it hard to succeed. Tee Grizzley found a way to beat the odds though, and became of the most talked about up-and-comers while in the middle of a lengthy legal obligation.
Tee Grizzley has been a rising star for years, but his entire journey has been monitored by the law. Grizzley spent three years in prison for home invasion, and was released in 2016. Since then, he's blessed the game with street anthems. His most recent project, Still My Moment, touched down a week ago, and now Grizzley has released a documentary.
Entitled Off Parole, the documentary chronicles the Detroit rapper's last 30 months under the watchful eye of the law. He also counts down to the end of probation, which has marked a new chapter in his life. Grizzley's peers, political figures, and others help illustrate the story of his struggle and come up. The documentary is an inspirational piece of work that allows fans to get a personal look at Grizzley. Check out Off Parole below.
