Rebecca Fay Walsh is looking for $15K for each image.

The latest on Cardi B is that her father has been dragged into her million dollar lawsuit with former manager Klenord "Shaft" Raphael and now the "Money" rapper has found herself in the middle of a new lawsuit, TMZ reports. It seems as though an old photo of Cardi has crept up to get certain other companies in trouble, such as Viacom.

According to the publication, the photo that's seen below was taken by Rebecca Fay Walsh and after Cardi shared it to her feed (boasting that the Tom Ford lipstick she wore sold out in 24 hours) VH1 and BET's parent company, Viacom, used it on their site without Rebecca's consent. Because no one asked for her permission to publish the image, she's now said to be suing for $150,000 for each use of the image.

What's interesting though is that Cardi hasn't been named in the lawsuit considering the rapper didn't source where she got her image from.

In other Cardi news, it looks like she and husband Offset have made their way back to each other.

"There’s a lot of things that I feel like I can’t do, (but) m****rf****r (Offset) is like, ‘You can do everything and anything’ all the time. I never had nobody push me like that," she said of her man. "It’s really good for me now to have somebody that just motivates me and lets me know every day like, ‘You can do anything, you just gotta set your mind (to it)."
