These shoes really fit the occasion nicely.

Spike Lee and his love of Jordans is well documented. Of course, the famous directed has his Spiz'Ike collaborating with Jordan Brand and has been a big supporter of the infamous footwear. Having said that, it only makes sense that Lee would have some custom BlacKkKlansmen kicks made to show off on the red carpet.

As seen in an Instagram video posted by Lee, the shoes have an all-gold upper with a platform midsole that has phrases like "truth to power," "speak on it," and "resist" written in big lettering on the sides. The inside of the shoe is red which of course matches the carpet you would find at most Hollywood award shows.

"Shout Out To Da GOAT And Tinker Hatfield For My Golden Globe JORDAN’S For Da Red Carpet Tonight," Lee said.

Lee's film BlacKkKlansmen was snubbed at the Golden Globes this year as it did not win in any of the categories it was nominated. Although Lee was looking sharp with the purple suit and golden kicks.

What do you think of these custom Jordans?
