A crowd of noisy Iranian soccer fans set up shop outside of Portugal's team hotel in Saransk last night, in an attempt to give their team an advantage over Cristiano Ronaldo and co. today.
Video from the late-night rally shows Cristiano coming to the window of his hotel room and pleading with the Iranian supporters to quiet down so he can get some much needed rest. According to USA Today, fans pulled out vuvuzelas, bells, whistles and clappers, and began to roar and chant pro-Iran songs. Of course, after Cristiano's appearance, the crowd only got louder.
