Some could say that Kanye West has disappointed and lost a lot of fans since his recent slavery comments. His support of Donald Trump has also left some people shocked and as Van from TMZ noted: "There’s fact and real life consequence behind everything that you just said. While you are making music and being an artist and living a life that you’ve earned by being a genius, the rest of us in society have to deal with these threats to our lives."
If there's one person that will not comment on Kanye's numerous tweets, it's Christina Aguilera because according to her she just knows "him as an artist." The singer teamed up with Kanye for her upcoming album Liberation where Ye assisted on "Accelerate" and "Maria." During a recent chat with Entertainment Weekly, X-Tina says that when she first heard the beats, Kanye "got her" and from there on out the two "totally clicked."
"I found him to be very endearing," she explained, adding how she doesn't want to get involved with the controversy. "Look, he’s always said things that have stirred controversy and attention. I’m not getting involved in what he’s saying or anything like that. I think he’s an artist first and foremost and we’re not always going to agree with artists."
