Everything Is Love, Beyoncé and Jay-Z's surprise collaborative album as The Carters, is now available to stream on Spotify's free tier, Spin reports. Though it was originally announced that the album would be available exclusively to premium subscribers for a two-week span ending July 2nd, it can now be accessed by all users. The album first appeared on Spotify and Apple Music on June 18th, two days after being released exclusively on Tidal.
Beyoncé's previous project Lemonade is still not available on Spotify or Apple Music, keeping its streaming exclusivity on Tidal since its release in 2016. The only other album from Jay-Z's catalog currently available on Spotify is Collision Course, his 2004 collaborative album with Linkin Park.
Tidal is currently facing a lawsuit pertaining to its promises of exclusivity to Kanye West's The Life Of Pablo, which was later released both to Spotify and Apple Music. The case stems from a tweet in which Kanye wrote that the album "will never never never be on Apple. And it will never be for sale . . . You can only get it on Tidal."
Everything Is Love arrived amid Jay-Z and Beyoncé's On The Run 2 tour. It features contributions from Ty Dolla $ign, Quavo, Offset, Pharrell, and more.
