At long last, the DoggFather is blessing us with his culinary knowhow in the form of a good old-fashioned cookbook. The new project, From Crook To Cook, will feature 50 of Snoop Dogg’s favorite recipes and personal entertaining tips.
Now, we’re pretty sure what you’re thinking. But contrary to popular belief, Snoop is steering clear of any cannabis-infused recipes. Nonetheless, the OG still promises to keep the kitchen “blazin” with guides on crafting his favorite Baked Mac and Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Bologna Sandwiches, Baby Back Ribs, and even Filet Mignon. In addition, he still manages to slip in his go-to munchies recipes and even a handcrafted Gin and Juice recipe.
“You know it’s blazin’ up in my kitchen,” Snoop tells PEOPLE. “I’m taking’ the cookbook game higher with a dipped and whipped collection of favorite recipes, ya dig?”
Most of us have had the opportunity to witness Snoop’s moves in the kitchen since he teamed up with Martha Stewart, hosting holiday cooking specials and most recently turning it into a regular variety show on VH1 with Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party. The pair first linked up in 2008 when Snoop was invited to help Stewart make some mashed potatoes on her television show.
From Crook To Cook is currently available for pre-order and will officially land on stands everywhere on October 23rd.
