Idris Elba As A Doll Is Horrifying

Stringer Bell, aka Idris Elba, is beginning to get his proper due on the West side of the Atlantic. Even though he played such an iconic character in The Wire, it's taken a minute for the people of North America to warm to the guy. Recently, though, People Magazine named him as their "Sexiest Man Alive," a foregone conclusion to anyone who already knew his work and to those who've been cheering him on to become the Obama of James Bonds.

Today, Elba's newfound popularity is not serving him as well as it could. A British company called Emperis has created a very expensive doll in the image of Idris Elba. The doll looks like this:

Needless to say, it's not exactly the spitting image. Twitter blew up with ideas of who the doll is actually supposed to represent, like black Howie Mandel, among many others:
