Migos stopped by James Corden's Carpool Karaoke, and the trio was as animated as expected. Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset hop in Corden's whip after he calls them up, and the first song they perform is "Walk It Like I Talk It." Quavo breaks off his verse with ease, as his two cronies handle ad lib and hypeman duties. Corden bounces along happily, occasionally throwing in a memorized ad-lib or two.
Next, Migos and Corden embark on a spirited rendition of the Whitney Houston classic "I Wanna Dance With Somebody." Takeoff appears to know the lyrics the best, as he sings on point with Corden while Quavo gives the late legend some new ad libs to work with. In the midst of the singing, Corden stops to apologize to Migos for being one of those older dads that seem to ruin cool things in pop culture. He then proves his point by delivering an awkward dab, which causes Takeoff to crack up.
To make things a little different for the Carpool Karaoke audience, Migos takes Corden on a shopping spree. If you can't imagine the excited host shopping with Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset, neither could we. It still makes for some of the best segments the show has ever aired though.
