It seems like Sean Kingston's name pops up in headlines these days for the wrong reasons. Back in 2017, he was involved in a brawl with Migos and two other unknown men in Las Vegas. However, he, alongside the Migos, is being sued by the limo driver who claims he suffered injuries after being caught in the middle of a scrap.
The Blast reports, limo driver Michael Gradney is taking Migos and Sean Kingston to court over a brawl that occurred on Feb. 21, 2017. The driver explained that he was hired as the Migos limo driver back in 2017 and was supposed to take the ATL trio to the Sands Expo and Convention Center. However, he said he got caught in the middle of a brawl between Migos, Kingston and two other unknown men while he was standing outside of his limo. He claims that he was knocked to the ground and "severely injured" after he was caught in the middle of the scrap. He also said that he believes a gun was fired in the altercation which resulted in other witnesses ducking to the ground for safety. Gradney claims the Migos told him to go back into the car and drive them away. Throughout the whole altercation, he said that he "feared for his life."
In the suit, Gradney is seeking unspecified damages for the permanent physical and psychological injuries he claims he suffered throughout the ordeal. He's suing Migos and Sean Kingston for assault and battery.
