Last we heard from Lil Durk, he had been arrested right after inking a deal with French Montana's Coke Boys. Durk was arrested on gun charges, after being caught with a loaded .40 caliber. The rapper's lawyer maintained his innocence, however, he was still incarcerated following the incident, with a prospective release of June 19th.
It seems that date was off by a month, as Lil Durk was just released from jail yesterday. French Montana took to Twitter to congratulate Durk on getting out, and tweeted a photo of Durk's new born child.
Lil Durk himself was also very active on Twitter. He's getting right back at the music, revealing he has a remix of the ever-popular "Versace" on the way. Durk also plugged his mixtape with DJ Drama, Signed To Da Streets, saying it's "dropping soon."
