TMZ clearly has a direct line toTekashi 6ix9ine's attorney Lance Lazzaro. The latest news item to sneak out the clubhouse is actually an issuance of strength - or a commitment to their cause. That's right, Tekashi 6ix9ine, Lance Lazarro, and his legal associate are vowing to never take a plea deal. If you recall, yesterday we learned that Federal Authorities were confident they had the evidence to lock Mr. Hernandez for good. Well, it turns out they sent a duplicate copy of their dossier to Lance Lazarro and his team, in the hopes of getting a plea deal started. But Lazarro wants everyone to know, that Tekashi isn't about to revert to snitchery.
"A plea deal is simply off the table, even if the feds offer one," Lazarro told TMZ while sticking to script. By the looks of it, Tekashi 6ix9ine is prepared to go to trial, at all costs. Becoming an informant for short-term gain would come to haunt him in his next incarnation if you will.
As reported, the Feds reportedly have images tying Tekashi to a bunch of crimes in the NY-area, but no evidence of him holding a firearm for that matter. Lazarro maintains that his client "was never part of a conspiracy, plain and simple. Nor did he ever participate in any incidents that the government has alleged," let the record show.
