A few months ago, it was reported that YBN Cordae spent his birthday hitting the studio with his idol, the legendary Dr. Dre. While the powerful co-sign led to mild speculation that Cordae's future lied, to some degree, with the Aftermath camp, it would appear that his circle has widened accordingly. Though it will likely always be YBN for life, at least in his heart, Cordae has clearly been working on his networking. Case in point, Cordae recently found himself hanging out with Aftermath's own Anderson .Paak, who recently dropped off his single "Tint."
As is so often the case, a "Tint" challenge popped off, and Cordae naturally felt compelled to try his hand. Wasting little time, Cordae turned the break room into an impromptu dance floor, and proceeded to cut a rug for .Paak's amusement. Ever the team player, Anderson provided moral support to the young rapper, cheering him on like the hypeman he never thought he'd become. It's a wholesome moment of budding friendship, and we can only hope a collaboration will arise in the near future.
Peep the clip below, and take a second to appreciate that Anderson .Paak actually called YBN Cordae "Lil Mama" with a straight face. If that's not friendship, we're at a loss.
