It seems like Camp just wants to be left alone.

Former MTV VJ Jesse Camp was reported missing this month by his friends and family, but the star has now resurfaced. Jesse Camp, whose real name is Josiah Camp, rose to fame in the late 90's after he won the MTV competition series Wanna Be A VJ? After winning and becoming a VJ on TRL, Camp began to explore a career in music. He released several records before disappearing from the scene. He used a similar disappearing act on his family and friends earlier this month, and his sister claimed that he had stopped reaching out to the family around July 11.

One of Camp's ex-girlfriends called looking for the star as well, but a stranger answered his phone and claimed that Camp gave him bags of his belongings before disappearing. He was last seen in Riverside, California. Riverside police took to Twitter on Tuesday (July 24), and revealed that Camp had been located. "Josiah 'Jesse' Camp is no longer considered missing. He was contacted by a local law enforcement agency a short time ago and not in need of any assistance," read the tweet. " His family has been notified. No further information will be released." It appears that Camp just needed to get away for a while.
