Evidenced by how few Asian acts have broken into the American mainstream, it's clearly quite difficult to achieve crossover success in the States. Higher Brothers have defied the odds though, becoming China's biggest rap group and impressing audiences stateside throughout their journey. Five Stars has been expected for a while and finally, the boys have delivered with tons of high-profile features and their original flavor.
Five Stars includes many of the singles we've heard in the last few months, as well as a bunch of new heat. Appearances from Ski Mask the Slump God, Denzel Curry, J.I.D, Soulja Boy, Rich Brian, and more stand out in the fourteen-song tracklist. In addition to the new album, the crew has announced a world tour, which is touching down in China next month. Higher Brothers will be back home for about a month before heading to the States and Canada for dates in New York, Toronto, Atlanta, Miami, and more. They're also hitting parts of Europe to complete a three-continent run.
