Veteran point guard George Hill just went from one of the worst teams in the NBA to one of the NBA's up and coming title contenders.
The Cleveland Cavaliers have reportedly agreed to trade the 32-year old Hill and Sam Dekker to the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for Matthew Dellavedova, John Henson, a 2021 first-round pick and a 2021 second-round pick, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Hill, who is currently averaging 10.8 points per game, now joins a 16-7 Milwaukee Bucks squad that is currently sitting in second place in the Eastern Conference, as opposed to the lousy Cleveland Cavaliers who are in full tank mode at 5-19.
The Bucks will host the defending champion Golden State Warriors tonight in a nationally televised game airing on ESPN at 9:30 pm ET. The team will then travel north of the border to take on the league-leading Toronto Raptors on Sunday before returning home on Monday night to host the Cavs.
