Le'Veon Bell #26 of the Pittsburgh Steelers looks on against the Jacksonville Jaguars during the first half of the AFC Divisional Playoff game at Heinz Field on January 14, 2018 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Bell is still a mystery.

Le'Veon Bell's relationship with the Pittsburgh Steelers has been an ongoing headline all season. With the exception of Todd Gurley, Bell is the most dynamic running back in the NFL. The Steeler have been sorely missing him, as they started out the season tieing within their division with the Cleveland Browns, and currently sit in third place in their division. Although James Conner has been playing exceptionally as the replacement running back, it's hard to imagine the Steelers struggling as much with Bell on the field.

As reported by ESPNthe Steelers camp has yet to hear from Bell. They previously reported that Bell was rumored to return around the Steelers' bye in week 7. With the bye week rapidly approaching, you would assume Bell would check in with his team. Bell can return any time between Monday and the following Monday, Oct. 22 to be eligible to play on October 28 in their rematch against the Browns. He could also receive payment for the week if he returns during that window.

The Steelers attempted to give Bell a franchise tag for the second year worth $14.5 million. Bell was negotiating for a long-term contract worth much more money, but talks fell apart and the talented running back has not reported to practice all season.
