It’s a lot to upkeep. I don’t ever want to decline."

New York Giants Pro Bowl wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. doesn't cut any corners when it comes to his physical health.

On the latest episode of his Uninterrupted docu-series, "I Am More: OBJ," Beckham spoke about the lengths he goes to ensure his body is in peak condition throughout the season - And that includes an intensive offseason program.

"I take care of my body each and every day," he says in the latest episode, which airs on Facebook Watch every Friday at 5pm ET. "I put, probably, over $300,000 in my body in the offseason. It's a lot to upkeep. I don't ever want to decline."

Beckham Jr.'s offseason will likely be starting sooner than he'd like, as the Giants (4-8) will surely be watching the playoffs from their couch, or a boat in Miami, a month from now. That said, OBJ relishes the opportunity to play spoiler in the G-Men's next four games, starting with Sunday's matchup against the division rival Washington Redskins.

"At this point, we can only focus on Washington. There is no 'what if.' We're going out there to win," Beckham said, per ESPN's Jordan Raanan. "If our season is over, I'm making sure somebody else is coming home with us. That is the goal.

"The goal is to win all these games and see what happens, but if not, you have a tough game to play against us for the last four games."

The Giants have not been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs thus far, but according to ESPN's Football Power Index they have less than a 1% chance to make the postseason. After taking on the Redskins in the nation's capital in Week 14, the Giants will host the Tennessee Titans, followed by a road game against the Indianapolis Colts and a home game against the NFC East-leading Dallas Cowboys.
